The Lawyer Recruitment Analyst plays an integral role in the overall success of the company and our ability to expand our business. Not only will you be afforded a high degree of independence, but the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people.
Specifically, this role will:
•Own multiple aspects of the attorney recruiting process, including research, candidate name generation, applicant screening and tracking, scheduling interviews, and overall management of targeted searches and outreach.
•Implement recruiting strategies based on team collaboration and client demand.
•Attract talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, internet research, referrals, and cold calling.
•Serve as the initial point of contact with new lawyers by offering them a short introduction to our business model and lawyer value proposition.
•Help build our talent-facing brand through planning, coordination, and execution of external and internal recruitment campaigns and events.
•Maintain our Applicant Tracking System/recruiting data system and prepare ongoing reports on various metrics.
•Research and analyze attorney compensation packages.
