Claudia Braun is a healthy living coach with over 20 years of experience in holistic practices. She is an expert in the world of health and wellness. After working in corporate America following earning her B.A., Claudia’s journey shifted drastically when she found a passion for shiatsu massage and became certified through Ohashi Institute. From there she started a 10-year journey studying yoga under Diane Long, a long-time student of the world-renowned Italian yoga teacher, Vanda Scaravelli. Over the next 15 years, Claudia became an Aromatherapist and received a certification in Holistic coaching. She believes that when you have a confident and compassionate relationship with your body, everything that follows is positive and healing. Claudia started Living Mindfully Healthy Coaching to share the lessons her experiences taught her. She draws on the training she received in nutritional coaching and incorporates her years of working in eastern practices to give others the tools they need to start making changes to feel more healthy.
