ATLANTA Recruiting Manager
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision of the Office Administrator, with guidance from the Firmwide Director of Recruiting and the Atlanta Hiring Partner, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and building a team to support the Office's lawyer recruiting efforts. The Recruiting Manager is expected to: demonstrate leadership, teamwork and initiative; set priorities; work effectively with lawyers regarding hiring needs; ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments; and oversee Firm and office policy and procedure compliance by those in the department. The Recruiting Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing all functions of year-round law school recruiting including initiating and developing campus visibility efforts, coordinating on-campus interviews at various law schools, scheduling candidate interviews onsite, overseeing travel arrangements and expenses, and managing the evaluation process; coordinating the office’s summer associate program including arranging for summer associate orientation, assisting the recruiting committee in organizing social and business events, monitoring summer associate workload reports, coordinating the evaluation process, and responding to day-to-day questions and/or problems of summer associates; managing lateral recruiting, including assisting practice groups in identifying suitable interview candidates, and coordinating candidate interview schedules and expenses; responding to lawyer recruiting inquires, screening and responding to incoming resumes, and maintaining various online programs for recruiting including the generation of relevant reports; and monitoring the Recruiting Department budget and departmental expenditures.

Required Qualifications:
Four year college degree.
Recruiting experience.
