The Legal Recruiting Specialist will coordinate entry-level recruiting for the firm’s dynamic and nationally-recognized Intellectual Property Department. Foley’s IP Department delivers business solutions that define and protect our clients’ innovations and brands. The Legal Recruiting Specialist for the IP Department will serve in a critical role of identifying and recruiting law students, undergraduate students and junior lateral associates to meet the talent needs of the firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communications or STEM field
• Minimum of two years of related Intellectual Property or recruiting experience required; professional services or law firm experience preferred
Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism; ability to define problems, establish facts and offer creative, innovative and effective solutions; demonstrated experience working both independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team; proficiency with MS Word and Excel as well as familiarity with general database management.
